Lake Trust Foundation 14th Annual Golf Invitational

July 20, 2026, the Lake Trust Foundation held its 14th Annual Golf Invitational at Barton Hills Country Club in Ann Arbor. This year, 148 golfers participated in the Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser, netting more than $144,000 to date. These funds support grants, programs, and other investments in Michigan communities.

Partnering for stronger communities.

Prior to the start of the outing, Katie Moynihan, Development Director at MCHS Family Services, spoke about the organization’s work supporting vulnerable children and young adults throughout Michigan. The Lake Trust Foundation awarded MCHS a $25,000 grant to support its Pathways to Independence for Michigan Youth in Foster Care Savings Match Program, which helps young people in foster care build savings as they prepare for greater independence.

The Golf Invitational brings together Lake Trust partners and supporters while generating funds that allow the Foundation to continue investing in organizations and programs throughout Michigan.
